The 20th Zsigmondy Colloquium “Engineering of bio-based and artificial colloids and interfaces“ of the German Colloid Society will take place in Freiberg at the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg. The Zsigmondy colloquium aims at younger researchers at the pre- and post-doc levels in the field of colloid, surface and interface science. Our goal is to foster communication between researchers from universities and other research institutions and industry. Event time The conference will start around noon on the 16th and end around noon on the 18th of September 2025. Topic: Engineering of bio-based and artificial colloids and interfaces With all related areas including characterisation of colloidal systems chemistry and physics of functional colloids bio-based colloidal systems surfactants, microemulsions, emulsion, and vesicles hydro- and organogels formulations theory and simulation applications of colloids and interfaces.
