Registration and Booking

The following options are available to you:

•    Create a user account

•    Place an order as a guest

Create a user account

Please register first to create a user account via ‘Account’/“Registration”. You must provide your personal details, including your address. You can change your account details at any time in the ‘My Account’ section.

We require further information to correctly calculate German VAT on your transaction. If you belong to a company based within the European Union, please provide your company name and your company’s VAT registration number. You can add or change your company’s VAT registration number as part of your address details. If you are a member of a company outside the European Union, please provide your company name.

Event Registration

Once you have created a user account, you can register for an event on this website. Please select the relevant event from the ‘Categories’ menu on the left-hand side. The individual booking steps are described below.

My Shopping Cart

You can change the number of registrations (if there are several participants) as required. Then please click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will add the number of event registrations you require to your card. Please note the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. You can proceed with your order by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button.

Order now

Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed to the next step of the order process.

Select billing address and payment method

You can now select your billing address and payment method. Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed to the next step of the order process.

Place order / Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

You will see an overview of your order (number of registrations selected, billing address, payment method). Please check all details carefully and take note of our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation Policy. If all details are correct, confirm your order and accept the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy by ticking the relevant boxes. You can then complete your order by clicking the ‘Buy for € ...’ button.
